These multi-stage filters are designed with a 3-stage filter process and constructed on heavy duty carbon steel skids.

• STAGE 1: A multi-media vessel that filters particles down to 5 microns.

• STAGE 2: A choice between Greensand Plus™ or DMI-65® media for treating iron, manganese, and arsenic up to 25 ppm, especially effective when used with a chemical injection skid. 

• STAGE 3: 60 inches of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) to remove chlorine residuals. 

 

This multi-stage filter is perfect for spaces with limited room and complex water filtration requirements. It features independent backwash systems to prevent contamination and preserve media quality, as well as isolation valves on each tank to allow for maintenance without downtime.

 

Each tank is equipped with 304SS removable wedge wire underdrains, avoiding the use of PVC or false bottom designs, ensuring durability over years of use. The tank exterior boasts an industrial-grade fuze coat gloss finish and an NSF61-Approved interior coating for superior protection.
